Educator Resources

We have many resources to help educators enhance social studies instruction in their classroom, including printable lessons and worksheets, as well as digital lesson plans available on the Historical Investigations Portal. For more information about our digital offerings, please contact distancelearning@mdhistory.org.

All resources use the unique primary source collections held at the H. Furlong Baldwin Library at the Maryland Center for History and Culture. Lessons focus on the content and skills detailed in the Maryland Social Studies standards and national Common Core Literacy frameworks.
