Maryland Historical Society Celebrates Maryland Day 2011

Ch. 2 interviews Mark Letzer and Alexandra Deutsch of MdHS on Wallace Simpson, the Duchess of Windsor, and her connection to the institution.

On Ch 13 a Lincoln actor visits Baltimore at 6 am on the way to his inauguration.  Burt Kummerow puts his twist on the historic event.

Ch 45 covers the historic visit of the Star Spangled Banner manuscript to Annapolis.  This was the first time the MdHS based manuscript had ever left Baltimore
