Roosevelt Park area is in the map, but is basically broken into a few blank lots. Hope that helps. If you would like to view it we are open to the public from 10-5, Wednesday through Saturday.]]></description>

		<description><![CDATA[Yes, the map was a great discovery - we have a number of residents and former residents of Hampden on the library staff so we were pretty excited. The map is available for the public to see. You can email us ahead of your visit at specialcollections@mdhs.org, and we can have the map pulled for your arrival. Just reference the following information: Hampden Improvement Association map, J. Morris Wampler, 1857.
The library is open to the public from 10:00 - 5:00 pm, Wednesday through Saturday.
