Nipper, the RCA mascot fashioned from fiberglass, is 14 feet tall and weighs 1,700 pounds. For years, Nipper sat atop a building on Baltimore’s Russell Street and greeted Maryland travelers along 1-95. He now resides on the Maryland Historical Society’s Heritage Wing on Park Avenue.
