My Dear Mrs. Iglehart,

I am glad to have your address and am sending my Father's Confederate paper. He was the youngest Surgeon in the Confederate Navy.

Thank you for the beautiful tribute to Elizabeth Tayloe Buchanan. I may have mentioned that at the end of the war, when my Father returned to Easton, he was met by Miss Buchanan at The Rest and she kissed him. Needless to say the kiss from one he loved so dearly helped to assuage his sorrow.
