Dear Mr. Connelly:
Many thanks for your letter of September 16 containing the John H. B. Latrobe and perhaps Charles H. Latrobe items that Sara Jackson discovered in the Burton N. Harrison Family Papers. I have read all of them and found them both interesting and useful.
I intend to make copies of them and send them for deposit to the Manuscripts Department of the Maryland Historical Society as well as to Samuel Wilson of New Orleans, who recently published the Society's John H. B. Latrobe Journal dealing with his trip to New Orleans.
Sincerely,
ECC II/ac
