Full-length portrait shows Charles Carroll of Annapolis as boy with brown hair, wearing (now pink) and gold tunic and breeches, white stock, and dark shawl/cape over left shoulder. His right hand holds deer's silver collar. A pedestal is seen at right with gold geometric decoration. Oil on canvas attributed to Justus Englehardt Kuhn.
