A collection of 78 paintings and drawings from museums and private collections offers an insight into the work of Baltimore artist, Jacob Glushakow (1914 - 2000).  Drawn from a life's work of over 1,000 paintings, this selection is representative of Glushakow's recording of the urban landscape and everyday people of Baltimore in street markets, neighborhood shops, renewal projects, parks and the harbor. A number of imges included in this collection are now a part of the Society's Jacob Glushakow Collection, Gift of Herbert S. and Naomi G. Denenberg and Helen and Mildred Glushakow.
